Conceived in the distant Argentinian Pampa where there is a long tradition of roasting meat over an open fire pit, the Restaurante Los Abetos was opened in 1982 in a wonderful setting called Los Abetos (The Fir Trees), in Nigrán.
Back at that time its facilities could accommodate up to 82 guests who then, as today, enjoyed the unique spectacle of the chefs preparing spit roasted meat and, of course, savoured its special taste.
Fortunately for food lovers and unforgettable moments, Los Abetos has become a luxury Restaurant these days – undoubtedly one of the most important in Galicia.
Well-known guests – including sports personalities such as the footballer Pelé or literary figures such as Torrente Ballester – have witnessed the extraordinary quality of the food and the special customer service delivered by our staff.
Los Abetos is an example to follow as regards Galician cuisine savoir-faire.facebook_account twitter_account google_plus_account email_to youtube_account
